Last night the MTV Video Music Awards broadcasted live from sunny Los Angeles and the stars hit the event in their hottest gear.  However, the glitz, glam and expensive outfits did not interest me in the least!  I was way more interested in the new hair styles I saw some of Hollywood's hottest ladies rockin' out with!  Here are my top picks for BEST hair and WORST hair of the evening.  What's your opinion?

I am a fan of Miley's new crop, but the style she had did not suit her and I was confused when she came out to present because I thought it was Pink...?  And Miss Pink has been the proud owner of a shaved up, platinum 'do for years now.  Sorry, Miley, but you're my pick for WORST hair of the evening.  Do you agree?

You probably saw this coming from a million miles away, but the winner for BEST hair of the evening goes to Rihanna!  She surprised everyone with a very short, but still feminine, Halle Berry inspired hair cut.  Rihanna can do no wrong in my eyes!  The woman is a goddess and she wears her new look well!

Honorable mention goes to Ke$ha, who actually looks like she BATHED!?!? Loving the super sleek, platinum locks and refined makeup on her.  So much nicer than the greasy, glittered hobo you used to be.

Who were your favorite looks of the night?  Aside from the ladies, I think Drake looked like his 'fro could have used a trim!
