Ishkan of the City Planners just dropped a new album called "2 Lights" on his bandcamp! the Captain has been one of my favorite rappers since I stumbled upon the Nowfolk album "The Moon" while on excursion in the lofty mall of Prince Albert. He is one of the best at creating mood in his music and this album is no exception!
