Everyone knows Taco Tuesday is a thing, especially Tubby Dog, Calgary's gourmet hot dog restaurant. Open day and night, they serve beers, dogs, twinkies, and every Tuesday, tacos! Tubby Dog turns into Tubby Taqueria at 8pm every Tuesday night and serves tacos, tostadas, and fresh chips until they are all gone. I love taco's, and might have a healthy addiction to them, and these tacos are some of the best I've ever had. The corn tortillas, the fresh salsa, the shredded chicken (or beef or pork or bean and cheese!), and all the taco condiments you could ever need, these guys do it up right! This time, my friend Reggie and I had this crazy idea if they could just layer the chips with the meat and beans and all the toppings, and make it an epic taco platter. Luckily, they love Reggie enough that they made us the platter, and they love him so much that they even named it after him! The catch is, only he can ever order this platter of amazingness, but thats okay, the taco's and tostadas are still my favourite!
