Towns In Barcelona

Tue, 07/03/2012

Graffiti is one of those unique mediums where creativity and the boundaries of someone's mind and taste cannot be measured or judged. In this day and age that is a rare thing and is perhaps one of the best ways we can experience growth and positive change in our lives. Not necessarily by going around painting on walls, but by the freedom we can experience while taking in these often low-brow and certainly frowned upon works.

One of Europe's most promising artists is "Towns" who comes out of the UK but has already had plenty of experience working in other areas of the world. Recently he took a trip to Barcelona Spain where he had the chance to work in front of the lens of film creator Edgar Lledo who gives us a new perspective of what life is like inside the mind of a graffiti writer.

Towns takes the opportunity to talk mostly about life and experiences outside of the realm of wall art, but more so in the direction of life experience as a whole and how it pertains to the way we view the world. At 25 years of age Towns has a lot of life ahead of him, but his words can definitely be a lesson to us all to keep our eyes open and do our best to take in all the amazing experiences that the world has to offer us.
