Franz Swinton is a friend, a co-worker and a goddamn champ, he's been on fire in the competition circuit this year. He won the 2012 Grey Goose Pour Masters competition recently here in Calgary, and just smashed the Bombay Sapphire Comp in Vegas; thats just naming a couple this year. He will soon be representing Canada & Calgary at the Worlds in Tuscany, all the while sporting a bad ass wardrobe from GQ Magazine, one of the Bombay Sapphire comp's sponsors.

1oz Grey Goose Vodka
.5 oz Lillet Blanc
.5 oz Cointreau
0.5 oz lemon
0.5 oz fennel syrup
3 dashes Peychaud bitters
