I came across this video on Vans mobile App Offthewall.tv which I talked about a few months ago on this site. I think one of the things I said was along the lines of it being a great App because it allowed people to see all of the different sides that Vans has as a company, and more so it allows the stories to be told about the people who make the brand what it is. Vans is a relatively new addition to the Spareparts family, but we couldn't be happier to have them be part of it because they embody all the same things we do when it comes to not only the product that they create and sell, but also the real people who make the company what it is. The similaririties lie in the heritage that stands behind the brands; they weren't bought but rather earned over years of doing everything they can to bring people the very best with everything they do.

The video goes into more depth about the stories of the new generation like Curren Caples and the ongoing support they give to family members like Stephen Murray, who although he has been taken out of the sport he loves, he remains an important part of what they are doing.
