YOGA - is commonly known as a generic term for a physical, mental, and spiritual discipline originating in ancient India.

   Throughout this past year and especially in the last eight months, I was faced with one of the steepest learning curves of my life. I encountered a fork in the road and for the first time all directions seemed misleading.

I just began my morning sharing a green tea and great conversation with my long time friend and soul sister Sheena Oliphant. I always feel completely inspired by this creative, intelligent, and beautiful teacher each time we connect.
